Quotes The first day of boot camp was amazing. We did squats, lunges, worked out on our arms and core. We also did running drills. I couldn't believe how quickly the hour passed. We had a great full body work out and I gave it my all. As each class passed I could feel myself getting stronger. The program was always interesting comprised of a variety of drills. My boot camp instructor Angela is amazing! She keeps the work outs interesting and challenging. Since December I have lost 16 pounds and 10 inches around my mid section. I highly recommend boot camp to anyone who wants to improve their health and well being. Quotes
